An assessor is an individual with the required knowledge and skills that determines whether a candidate is capable of doing the job at hand in their own particular field of expertise by collecting evidence.
This ETDP SETA accredited Assessor Training Programme is designed for those who wish to learn the methods of assessing an outcomes-based learning programme and those wishing to gain a formal qualification in assessing.
This course will equip learners with the required knowledge and skills to assess candidates in their own particular field of expertise. The Assessor training course will help build your understanding of the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) and will help you take the first step in developing your skills and acquiring a variety of qualifications within the fields of Education Training and Development Practices and Human Resource Development.

About the Facilitator
This course is presented by one of our best Facilitators: Thandile Meyiswa. Thandile has over 22 years of experience in Education and Training from different corporates and training institutions like Meyiswa Training Academy, Dark Fibre Africa, G4S, Tracker and others. She recently completed Masters in Business Administration through Henley Business School. She graduated from UNISA with a B Tech in Human Resources Management and another B Tech in Human Resources Development.
