We just completed 5 Days of Assessor Training Course for one of our important customers.
Our delegates learned the importance of ensuring their Learners or trainees demonstrate “Applied Competence” at the end of each training sessions. Key principles of assessments, various assessment methods, instruments and tools were explored.
The thrill our amazing Facilitator felt when delegates created integrated assessment instruments cannot be explained.
We remain committed to ensuring that our country makes progress in the Skills Development pillar of B-BBEE!
