Train-The-Trainer

This is an engaging, informative and though-provoking 5-day training course. The Practical Trainer course is designed to help you develop, organise and deliver effective training and to know how to assess the success of the training.

Through modelling of best practices and the latest techniques in training delivery, you will experience a live demonstration of exceptional facilitation skills. You will learn how to apply different training methods for engaging participants, how to provide training material in a structured and clearly written manner, how to deliver an interactive presentation and how to apply the knowledge based on educational research to achieve prescribed training goals.

What will you Learn?

At the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

  • Recognize the importance of considering the participants and their training needs, including the different learning styles and adult learning principles.
  • Know how to write objectives and evaluate whether these objectives have been met at the end of a training session.
  • Develop an effective training style, using appropriate training aids and techniques.
  • Conduct a short group training session that incorporates these training concepts.
